Puck ‘Er Up Makeup Project – Washington Capitals

This Caps look comes to us from Samantha Rose (@noveldame on Twitter and Instagram).

I tried to mimic the Weagle and it took 4 attempts to get close. Everything else turned out bad, but an interesting ways. This is all I have to offer.

    • Red: Fantasy palette by UCANBE (James Charles dupe from Amazon)
  • Lips: Maybelline Superstay 163 “constant toast”
